Refund & Return Policy
At Baaj Inc., customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make things right. Please read through the following policy to understand how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.
Returns
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use may not be approved for return. A valid proof of purchase — such as an order confirmation or receipt — is required. To initiate a return, please email us at baaj.amazon@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions. Items sent without prior approval may be rejected or returned to you.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a faulty or broken product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and include clear photos or videos showing the issue. Once we verify the defect, we’ll arrange to send you a replacement item at no extra cost. Exchanges are not available for items that are working as intended or for changes of mind, so we recommend reviewing product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return due to safety and hygiene reasons or their nature. These include downloadable software, digital products, gift cards, and personal-use items such as earphones or wearable tech that have been opened or used. Additionally, items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you’re unsure about a product’s return eligibility, please reach out before placing your order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you a notification via email to let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that the original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable. The exact time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Return Shipping
Unless the product you received was defective, damaged, or sent in error, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt, as we cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost or undelivered. Any damage that occurs during the return shipment may also affect the eligibility for a refund.
