Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase. Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays. If you place an order after our daily cutoff time or on a non-business day, your order will be processed on the next working day. During high-volume periods such as sales events or holiday seasons, processing may take an additional 1–2 days. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you will receive an email confirmation along with your tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Times

The time it takes for your order to arrive depends on the shipping method you select at checkout. Standard Shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days and is a cost-effective option for most customers. Expedited Shipping usually arrives within 2 to 3 business days, offering a faster delivery timeline for an additional fee. For urgent deliveries, Express or Overnight Shipping delivers within 1 business day, subject to location and carrier availability. Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed; external factors such as weather, holidays, or high demand may impact actual delivery times.

Shipping Fees

We strive to keep shipping costs as affordable as possible. Standard shipping is free on most orders or for orders over a certain minimum value (if applicable). Customers who prefer faster delivery can choose Expedited or Express Shipping at checkout for an additional cost, which will be clearly displayed before payment. Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on your location, selected method, and order weight or size.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can monitor the delivery progress directly through the carrier’s website. For customers with an account on our website, tracking details are also available under the “My Orders” section after logging in. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update once your order has shipped.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. In the event of a lost or delayed package, we will contact the shipping carrier on your behalf and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If your item arrives damaged, we may request photos of the packaging and the product to help with an investigation. Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement or refund. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our priority.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will notify you by email. In such cases, you may choose to have the package re-shipped (shipping fees apply) or request a refund. Refunds will exclude the original shipping cost, if applicable. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Shipping carriers may experience occasional delays during peak seasons such as holidays, major sales events (e.g., Black Friday), or due to unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather, public emergencies, or supply chain issues. While we strive to dispatch all orders on time, such delays may impact delivery dates.
